Fuel your smile with these Air-Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower + Chipotle Ranch Yogurt dip

It’s football season which means lots of Sunday’s in front of a TV. It’s easy to get distracted by the nachos and chips, but this recipe will make everyone happy including the biggest carnivore of the family.

Siete foods has developed an amazing line of all natural hot sauces that are grain free, paleo, non GMO, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and soy free.

For this recipe I used the Chipotle flavor! Wowza!

1 cup almond flour

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 large egg whisked

1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets

1/2 cup Siete Chipotle Hot Sauce (or one of your choice)

1/4 cup Ghee (or olive oil if dairy free)

Combine the almond flour, garlic powder and salt in a bowl

In a separate bowl whisk egg.

Cost florets in egg then flour mixture.

Place in air fryer at 400 F for 12-15 minutes. Shake contents halfway through.

Meanwhile, toward the end of the oven time, heat together the Ghee and hot sauce. You can do this in the microwave or on the stove over medium-low heat. Whisk to combine.

When cauliflower is done remove add place in bowl. Toss with the sauce. Garnish with green onions

Makes about 8 serving as an appetizer.
